Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 - 3/4 lb sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal or enough until firm
  • chopped onion or 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together, form into balls. Place in pan and brown.
When brown, pour in enough water to come about 1/2 way up the pan. Simmer for aleast 30 minutes.
Make a flour thickener and add to water to thicken for a gravy.
Serve
