Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp. Worchester sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix meatball ingredients together and roll into balls.

Mix sauce ingredients together.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put balls in an 8x8 pan. Pour sauce on top. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes.
