Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Can Pure Pumpkin
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Filling:
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp. Soft Butter
- 3/4 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake. Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper. Spray with Pam. Bake 18 min at 350.
Turn onto tea towel and roll up.
Mix icing. Unroll loaf and spread with mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll. Chill.
