  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (or 1 cup chopped spinach)
  • 1 14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • I think it needs a pinch of salt
