Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
  • 1 ( 9 inch) graham cracker crust, baked

Preparation

Step 1

Combine conensed milk and lemon juice; beat until thick. Fold in whipped cream; chill 10 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups strawberries; spoon into crust. Garnish with remaining strawberries. Chill 1 hour.
Yield: one 9 inch pie.
