- 3/4 c sour cream
- 1/2 c firmly packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbs firmly packed fresh dill leaves
- 1 tbs firmly packed fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- garnish: fresh dill sprig

Step 1
1) process first 11 ingredients in a food processor or blender, 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape sides as needed.
2) cover and chill 1 hour before serving. store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
