White Chocolate Party Mix

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz package pretzel sticks
- 5 cups CheeriosÆ
- 5 cups Corn ChexÆ
- 2 cups peanuts, dry-roasted
- 1 pound M&MsÆ plain chocolate candies
- 2 12 oz packages white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, set aside. In a microwave
safe bowl, heat chips and oil on medium high for 2 minutes, stirring once.
Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal
mixture and mix well. Spread onto 3 waxed paper or parchment paper lined
baking sheets. Cool, then break apart. Store in airtight container.
Makes 5 quarts which is 160 oz. so there is about 40 servings of 4 oz
each
