Ingredients

  • 1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving)
  • 2 cup Bisquick Reduced-Fat Baking Mix, or similar product
  • 10 fl oz General Foods Hazelnut Belgian Cafe Coffee Drink, powder (1 box)
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 1 large egg white(s)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 12 average shelled hazelnuts, toasted, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 X 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, coffee powder, milk, egg and egg white together until well mixed, about 1 minute. Fold in chocolate chips.

3. Pour batter into prepared pan and top with nuts. Bake until a tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 45 to 55 minutes. Cool and slice into eight pieces.
