Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Liqued Ingredients:
3 egg whites
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4 Coquito (without rum)--recipe follows
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 cup milk
Frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 tablespoons coquito (without rum)
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Coquito:

1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 can cream of coconut
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon each of ground cloves and nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup white rum (do not add if making Coquito Cupcakes or Frosting)
1/2 cup coconut rum (do not add if making Coquito Cupcakes or Frosting)
