- 2T Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/3C Heavy Cream
- 1/3C Chicken Stock
- 2T Dijon Mustard
- 2-3T Capers Drained

Mexican Coleslaw

In a large bowl, toss the colelsaw mix with the sliced onion and chopped cilantro
- 1 14-ounce package prepared coleslaw mix
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cosmopolitan Cranberry Sauce

- 12 oz Bag Cranberries Washed & Drained
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 Orange Juiced & Zest
- 1/4 C Vodka
- 3 T Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
- Optional: Pecans Roasted
Brunswick Stew

- 2 # Chicken Breast, Skinless/Boneless Washed
- 1/2 # Cooked Ham
- 1/2 # Rabbit
- 1 T Salt
- 1 T Vegetable Oil
- 2 Large Yellow Onions Chopped
- 1 Green Pepper Chopped
- 1 T Fresh Parsley Minced
- 1/2 t Dried Thyme
- 16 oz Can Chop Tomatoes - Undrained
- 16 oz Bag Frozen Corn
- 10 oz Bag Frozen Lima Beans

- 2-3 T Fresh Basil Chopped

- 1/4 C Sun Flower Seeds Toasted
