Instructions Preheat oven to 250 degrees Now for the biscuits
- 1 cup almond flour/meal
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 4 egg whites (save the egg yolks for later)
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat, melted (or butter, ghee, lard, coconut oil, duck fat, etc.)

- 1/2 cup palm shortening (I buy in bulk from Tropical Traditions. A small tub is on iHerb)
- 1/2 cup ghee, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
