Pecan Pie

Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Salted pecans

Add salt to jar, fill jar with water
- 1 qt. jar pecans
- 1/3 c. salt
