Korean Salad

Mix ingredients together & sprinkle with dressing just before serving
- Dressing:
- Ingredients
- 16 ounces Spinach
- 1/2 Lb. Fresh been sprouts -or- 1 can bean sprouts (drained)
- 1 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 8 strips cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 small onion - diced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Cube Steak Stew

Dredge meat in mixture of flour, salt & pepper
- 4 cube steaks , cut in 2x1/2 strips
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & cut into eighths
- 1 can chopped Tomatoes, 28 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
- 1 package frozen peas, 10 oz.
- 1/2 medium green pepper, cut int 1/4" strips
Hot German Potato Salad

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1/3 cup bacon drippings
- 1 TBL flour
- 1 TBL sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 6 cups hot potatoes
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Steak tacos with Corn Salsa

1. In a glass or ceramic baking dish, whisk the olive oil, garlic and taco seasoning for a marinade
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 4 ears corn
- 1-1 pound flank steak
- 1/2 small red cabbage cored and thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 container Pico de gallo salsa
- 8 medium (8 inch tortillas warmed
Zucchini-Corn Fritters

Quick zucchini and corn fritters make a perfect appetizer, side dish or light lunch
- 2 medium zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 ears of corn, kernels cut off
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- Vegetable or canola oil, for frying

Oven Roasted Potatoes

- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 TBL minced garlic
- 1/2 teas. Dried basil
- 1/2 teas. dried marjoram
- 1/2 teas. dried dill weed
- 1/2 dried thyme
- 1/2 teas. dried oregano
- 1/2 teas. dried parsley
- 1/2 teas. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
