Secret Squash Cupckaes

The secret is the SQUASH.
- 3 c squash puree (take 3 medium yellow squash - not peeled) steam until tender then use a blender to make puree
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped pecans (or even better...craisins!!!)
- Vanilla buttercream frosting
- 1 cup butter at room temp
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- combine, cream together
- Cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup butter at room temp
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- combine, cream together

- 2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar

peppermint and chocolate bar cookies great for holiday gift packages
- 1 cup butter (if salted butter is used then omit the 1/2 tsp salt)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup finely crushed candy canes or peppermint candies)
- 6 drops red food coloring
- 2 cups packed flour

- 1 large Reynolds oven bag (or make a huge aluminum foil packet)
- 2 T flour
- 1 pkg (3/4-1 oz) chicken gravy mix
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c water
- 6 skinless ckn pcs sprinkled with salt and pepper
- 4 medium carrots sliced
- 2 stalks of celery sliced
Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Rich yummy cheesecake with the great taste of chocolate and raspberries!
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 c Oreo cookies
- 2 T butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1 cup (8 0z) sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 9 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
- 1/2 seedless raspberry preserves
- TOPPING
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
- 1/3 c heavy whipping cream
- fresh raspberries and whipped cream - optional

This is a super easy, crowd pleasing snack
- 10 oz (1 pkg) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 firm plum tomatoes very thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
