Brazilian Cheese Bread

1. Prehet oven to 350 2. Mix milk, salt, and vegetable oil in a pot, and bring to a boil
- 3 3/4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 1/4 cups tapioca flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated Farmers Cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- salt to taste
Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Add all ingredients to list
Cheese Ball Bites

Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika and season with salt and pepper
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/3 c. finely chopped fresh chives

- 2 bone-in pork chops, 8 ounce each, about 1-inch thick
- 1/8 t. each kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 t. canola oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced Jonagold apples
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 t. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. chopped pecans, toasted
Tomato Caesar Salad with Bacon-Parmesan Crisps

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced
- 1 small clove garlic, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 medium or large heirloom tomatoes, sliced crosswise about 1/2 inch thick
- Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Watercress or baby arugula, for topping
