Mom's Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Delicious! Wonderful on a cool fall evening
- 2 frozen apple juices
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- 3 tsp allspice
Vegetable Pizza

Separate rolls and pat on an ungreased cookie sheet
- 2 packages of crescent rolls
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup mayo
- Vegetables: tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, olives, cucumbers, carrots
- Cheddar cheese
Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup

In slow cooker, mix potatoes, onion, celery, broth and water
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen diced hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion, thawed
- 1 medium stalk celery, diced (1/2 cup)
- 2 cans (14 oz each) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
Beef 'n Beans with Cheesy Biscuits

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef and onion for 5-7 minutes, until beef is thoroughly cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 16oz can baked beans (barbecue or pork and beans with molasses, undrained)
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (7.5 oz) buttermilk or country biscuits
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Jello Worms

1) Combine gelatin in bowl and add boiling water
- 2 packs (3 oz) Raspberry jello
- 1 pkg unflavored gelatin (for extra firmness)
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 3 cups boiling water
- 15 drops green food coloring
- 100 flexible straws (or enough to fill your container)
- Tall container (1 quart or 1 liter carton of milk)
Heavenly Pepperoni Rolls

These are hands down the BEST pepperoni rolls ever!!!
- For the bread:
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 packages instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water (about 110 degrees)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 9-10 cups all purpose flour
- For the filling:
- 3 packages sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded provolone
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup grated romano
- banaa pepper rings
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted for brushing
Crescent Taco Bake

This is delicious! Gavin and I loved it!
- 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb. lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Refried beans
- Lettuce
- Diced Tomatoes
Bite Size Apple Pies in Cupcake tins

Unroll your first pie crust and cut several circles out
- 8 cups apples, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 12 tablespoons of flour
- 1 1/2 c of sugar
- 4 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (depending on how much you like nutmeg...you could also leave it out)
- 4 tablespoons of chilled butter cut into 24 equal portions.
- two boxes of pie crusts (four chilled NOT frozen crusts)
Mindy's Potato Soup

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup onion, diced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 1/3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 flour (little less)
- 1 cup milk
- potato flakes
- sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- green onions

- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
