Put all ingredients in the bowl and knead till well formed
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups water (add more if too dry)
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (if it comes with oil, use this oil instead of the olive oil)
- 370 degree oven

- 3 3T 3 1 3 3T grainy Dijon mustard, 3 T honey, 1 T apricot jam (or orange marmalade), 3 T Grand Marnier or other orange liquor
