Apple Meatballs in Wine Sauce

Meatballs made with diced apples, ground turkey and pork in a wine sauce
- FOR THE MEATBALLS:
- 1-1/4 pound Ground Turkey
- 3/4 pounds Ground Pork
- 1 whole Apple (Granny Smith Works Well)
- 1/2 cups Diced Onion (or 1/2 Of A Small Onion)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Diced Fresh Ginger Root
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs (panko Works Well)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil (enough To Cover The Bottom Of Your Skillet)
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 3/4 cups Barbeque Sauce
- 3/4 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame Seeds, Chopped Green Onions, Chives, For Garnish (optional)

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Seasoned Turkey Burgers

A turkey burger seasoned with onion soup mix, pepper, and soy sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional)
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Pepperoni pizza twist

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 package (3.5 oz) pepperoni, diced (I usually do around 5 oz)
- 1 can (3.25 oz) sliced olives, drained
- 2 T. snipped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 T. all purpose flour
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 packages (11 oz) refrigerated French Bread dough
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Italian seasonings
- 2 T. fresh Parmesan
- 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
- diced green pepper (optional)
