Spoon ½ jar of Sallie’s Greatest Blueberry + Lavender Jam over a block of Bleu Cheese
- 1 block of Bleu Cheese
- 1/2 jar of Blueberry + Lavender Jam
SPICY SCARPARIELLO WINGS

Marinate wings in garlic, rosemary, oregano and salt and pepper for 2-4 hours
- For sauce:
- 24 medium size chicken wings, cut into two
- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 1/2 bunch fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Blue cheese dressing
- Celery sticks
Chicken Scallopini with Lemon Butter Pasta

1.Pound the chicken tenders with meat pounder to flatten them
- 6 chicken breast tenders
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2-3 servings spaghetti
- 1/2 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 apple wood bacon slices
- 5 strings fresh thymes
- 6 mushrooms
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
BLUEBERRY + LAVENDER (OR STRAWBERRY + BASIL) SALAD

Put spinach, blueberries or strawberries, pecans, blue cheese together in a salad bowl
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans (or nuts of your choice)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 heaping teaspoons Blueberry + Lavender Jam or Strawberry + Basil Jam
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup olive oil (to your taste/I like less oil)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Michael Symon's Chicken Curry Sandwich

- 3 cups Roasted Chicken (skin removed and cut into 1/2-inch size cubes)
- 1 cup Grapes (halved)

TURKEY & GOAT CHEESE PANINI WITH SALLIE'S BLUEBERRY LEMON + THYME JAM

Spread 4 slices of the bread with ½ Tbs
- 8 slices Rustic Sourdough Bread
- 1 pound Roasted Turkey5-6 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 1/2 pound Goat Cheese, thickly sliced1/4 jar Sallie’s Blueberry Lemon + Thyme
- Jam1 bunch of Arugula
FIG SWEET ONION + ROSEMARY ROASTED TURKEY

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3 TBS minced fresh garlic
- 2 TBS chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 TBS chopped fresh sage
- 1 TBS meat rub of your choice (I used Willie’s Hog Dust)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 large apple
- 1 large pear
- 1 large onion
- 1 12 pound whole turkey
- 1 jar Sallie’s Greatest Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary Jam
- 8 tablespoons butter
PEACH + MINT ICE CUBES

- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint Jam
- 1/3 cup chopped peaches
- 1 tablespoon of sliced fresh mint leaves

- 3/4 pound precut butternut squash cubes
- (3/4") or 1/2 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- (2 c) 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 3/4" pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 small red onion, chopped, about 1/4 cup
- 4 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- 1 small Gala or Golden Delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced radicchio
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seed kernels
