"Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" Cookie Dough Cupcakes

These amazing cupcakes were the center of attention at our most recent family movie night
- Cupcakes:
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (for the main cupcake)
- 1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix (for the "meatball")
- Approximately 1/2 Cup Torani Belgian Cookie Flavored Syrup
- 6 Eggs (+ or - according to box mix)
- Oil (amount depends on which box mix you use)
- Water
- Frosting:
- 2 Sticks Butter (room temp, but not melted)
- 2 Cups Powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Torani Belgian Cookie Syrup
- "Marinara Sauce":
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Strawberry Jam (with seeds)
Maple Chai Jasmine Rice Pudding

Combine 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 cups water, chai, and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 TBSP Maple Moose Chai Tea Mix (found at World Market)
- 1/4 teaspoon Pink sea salt
- 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 large egg yolks
- chopped pistachios (for garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest (for garnish)
Fresh & Easy Fish Tacos

Bake fish sticks according to instructions on the box, then assemble on the tortilla with the lettuce, fish sticks,
- Flour tortillas (soft taco size)
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Box of Gorton's fish sticks
- Sprinkle of shredded cheese
- 1 Chopped yellow pepper
- Few Organicgirl Romaine heart lettuce leaves
- Homemade tartar sauce (mayo and sweet relish)
Southern Style BBQ Fish Taco with Home Made Slaw

Baste fish with BBQ sauce
- Slaw:
- Gorton's Artisan Style Southern Breaded fish filets
- BBQ Sauce
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Head shredded cabbage
- 1 Medium sweet yellow onion (finely diced)
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bombs

Cream together; brown sugar, softened butter and peanut butter
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick Softened Butter
- 1.5 Cups Flour
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Warm Water
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

- 1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 Bottles of Salted Caramel Root Beer (From World Market)

Rise & Shine Individual Breakfast Quiches

Brown your hash browns (if you're using bread, tear it into pieces) Spread into a well sprayed muffin tin
- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Link sausage or ham or bacon
- 1 Cup Shredded cheese
- S&P to taste
- Hash brown potatoes (browned) or dry bread (torn into pieces)
Healthy Peanut Butter & Oat Breakfast Cookie (No Added Sugar)

- 1 1/2 Cups Quick Cook Oats
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 Bananas (mashed)
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)
Southern Style Pecan Chicken Salad

This yummy chicken salad is perfect for a light lunch or even as a spread for finger sandwiches at a shower or tea
- 2 Large Chicken breasts
- 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Grapes
- 1 Small Yellow Onion (Finely Diced)(or You can substitute green onions)
- 2 Tbs Pickle Relish or Chopped Dill Pickles
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Celery Salt (+ or - to taste)
- For showers or fancy schmancy parties, you can also add pineapple for a nice addition.
