- 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Cook broccoli as directed on bag 4 minutes. Place broccoli and turkey in ungreased 9-inch square pan.
- 2 In 2-quart saucepan, heat cooking sauce and garlic salt to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Pour cooking sauce mixture over turkey. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and almonds.
- 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Bring the first 4 ingrediants to a boil
- Frosting:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups suar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Broccoli Salad

- Dressing:
- 2 heads broccoli (cut up)
- 1/2 # bacon fried and crisp, crumbled
- Red onion chopped fine
- 1/2 golden raisin

- 2 bottles of red wine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 oz. triple sec
- 2 oz. brandy
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp stone ground mustard
- hot pepper sauce, to taste
- 4 1/2 tsp worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1.5 quarts mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- 1-1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped with 4 tablespoons sugar (I used vanilla sugar)
