Monkey Bread Minis

Position a rack in the bottom third of the oven and preheat to 425°
- *Sweeten the deal:
- 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, chilled
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, chilled
- Stir together 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons milk and drizzle over the bread as it cools.

For the Crust: Adjust an oven rack to the middle position adn heat the oven to 375 degrees
- Crust
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (5 whole crackers, broken into rough pieces and processed in a food processor until uniformly fine)
- 2/3 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Filling
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups minature marshmallows
Pan-Seared Dumpling Salad

Heat 1 tablespoon of the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 12 frozen dumplings, pot stickers, or Japanese gyoza
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 c. frozen shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 bunches watercress, thick stems removed kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

- 1-1/2 tsp. oil, divided
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
