1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, break up 1 roll of cookie dough
- 2 rolls (16.5 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

- TOPPING:
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

Cut steak into serving-size pieces
- 1 round steak (approximately 1 1/2 pounds), see note
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14-1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, cut into strips
