REESE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy
- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz. pkg.) Reese’s Peanut
- Butter Chips
Ice Pack

Put in a one gallon ziplock freezer bag: 1 16 oz
- one gallon ziplock freezer bag
- 1 16 oz. bottle Rubbing Alcohol
- Fill empty bottle with water (twice)
French Toast Casserole

Kathy's recipe
- Frosting:
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tb. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 loafs of French bread, sliced 1” thick
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tb. Light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter, soft
- Some shopped pecans, optional
Cheese Dip

Mix and eat with potato chips
- 2 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 16 oz. Sour cream
- 1 jar of cheese whiz
- 1 envelope Hidden valley dressing
- 1/2 c. miracle whip
- Serve with chips
CHICKEN BACON WRAPS

Cut each chicken piece into three pieces
- 12 chicken strips
- Bacon slices
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Brown sugar
Curry Veggie Dip

Mix together the above ingredients and serve with your favorite veggies
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. Tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
- 1 tsp minced onion
Caramel Popcorn

Cook for 5 minutes. Remove and add 1 tsp
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 poppers of popcorn
CHICKEN POT PIE

Cut chicken into small pieces and fry in butter
- Pie crust (top and bottom)
- 1 pkg. chicken breast (four or five pieces)
- 2 cans vegetable beef soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
SAUSAGE ‘N’ HASH BROWNS

In a large skillet, cook potatoes and pepper in oil over medium heat until potatoes are golden brown
- 1 pkg. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 smoked sausage ring, sliced
- 1/2 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Roast and Veggies

Place the roast on top of veggies
- Place in bottom of a large crock pot:
- 3 stocks of celery (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 pkg. baby carrots
- Several potatoes (cubed)
- Mix :
- 1 beef stew seasoning packet
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Set aside
