CANDY CANE SNOWBALLS

Beat 1 ½ cup powdered sugar and butter until fluffy
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped candy canes, divided
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2-3 Tb milk
Ham Balls

This recipes makes a lot, so you can freeze some for another time
- 2 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 2 lb. ground lean pork
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Put 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 6 minutes
- Mix 1 chocolate cake (dry) mix
- 3/4 c. margarine (melted)
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 12 oz pkg. of caramels
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- Chocolate chips
- nuts
Corn Pudding
By Norma-2
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
- 1 can whole corn (with liquid)
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 carton sour cream (3/4 of a 16 oz carton)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine (softened)
- 1 box jiffy cornmeal mix
- salt and pepper to season
Rice Krispie Bars

Melt margarine in large pan over low heat
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 pkg. (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 5 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Tenderloins

Pound your tenderloins. In a separate bowl, whip up a couple eggs
- ten derloins

- garlic salt

- Grated carrots

- Grated cheddar cheese
Baked Potato Soup

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
- 2 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes
- 1/2 pound raw bacon, diced
- 1 quart water
- 1 quart milk
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 jumbo yellow onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1/4 cup chicken base
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 sticks butter
Lettuce Pea Salad

One head of lettuce, cut into small pieces and put into bottom of pan, add chopped onion, add cooked one 10 oz

- 10 oz. box frozen peas
- pint Kraft Mayonnaise
- sugar
- natures seasoning (Mrs. Dash)
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- shredded cheddar cheese
Pecan Bars

Using a fork, mix first four ingredients until crumbly and pour into a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes
- 1 c. butter
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 beaten eggs
