PA Dutch Chicken Pot Pie

Put the chicken breasts in a large pot and just cover them with water
- Dough:
- 2 or 3 split chicken breasts, skin on
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 diced onion
- 4 white potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Handful of fresh minced parsley
- 1 cup fresh diced carrots
- 1/2 small bag frozen peas
- 1/2 small bag frozen corn
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsps. shortening
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup water, or little extra if needed
Black Pepper Popovers with Chives and Parmesan

HOW: Mix your ingredients in a bowl, spoon into muffin tins, and watch them puff in the oven
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 10 ounces all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon zest
Caprese Chicken Casserole Recipe

This recipe is made with Delallo pasta and sauce
- 1 16 oz. bag/box whole wheat pasta (I used DeLallo Farfalle, or bowtie pasta)
- 1 25 oz. jar of tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 6 oz. jar Sun-dried Tomato & Olive Pesto (DeLallo brand)
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 16 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced (or 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves, chopped

- DRESSING:
- 1cup1 cup quinoa
- 22 vegetable broth
- 22 apples, diced
- 1/2cup1/2 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2cup1/2 cup dried cranberries(orangle flavored if available)
- 2cups2 cups pea pods and brocolli or fresh spinach
- 1/4cup1/4 cup olive oil
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (your choice)

- 3/4 C warm water
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 C all purpose flour
- 1/2 C cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
