  • 2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick or similar)
  • 1 scant teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup grated apples, about 2 medium apples

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • Shake or beat together the following:
  • 2 bags of Italian or European blend salad greens
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 1 cup finely shredded co-jack cheese
