- Buttermilk Brine:
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- Chicken:
- 1 3-4 lb chicken, cut up into 8 pieces
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- Canola oil, for frying

1.To prepare the stuffing, place the sugar, brown sugar, and chopped pecans into a medium-size bowl
- Stuffing:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz butter, melted
- Dumplings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 frozen puff pastry sheets
- 8 ripe peaches
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- Sweet Cream:
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar

Mix the water and fabric softener into a plastic container
- 1 Container with an airtight lid (grabbed out of my pantry)
- 4 sponges cut in half ($1.00 for a 4pk at the dollar store)
- 1 cup of your favorite fabric softener ($0.30 worth of fabric softener)
- 2 cups water (free from my tap)
Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Its so easy to make we put it right in the name
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked, thinly sliced
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 2 fresh carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes, un-drained
- 1/2 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 3 1/2 ounce can diced green chiles
- 1 12-ounce can black beans,rinsed, drained
- 7 ounce can black olives, sliced
- 2 cups tortilla chips

- 1 Large Tortilla
- 3 Tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- toppings of your choice - pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, peppers
- Put anything you want on it.

This is so great with a bowl of cooked rice
- 1/2cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 can of garbanzo beans drained
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast ( not is the same as active dry yeast)
- 2 tsp. of ponzu sauce (sold with soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- 1/4 tsp. groung cumin
