Syrup - Blackberry Syrup

Mix the blackberry juice and sugar, bring to a boil
- 4 cups blackberry juice
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1/3 (2 ounce) package powdered pectin (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter for flavor and shine
Easy Cheese and Chicken Enchiladas

1. Combine soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl
- 1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light sour cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) Pace® Picante Sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
- 2 cups (500 mL) chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup (15 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 oz)
- 6 flour tortillas (6"/15 cm), warmed
- 1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 green onion, sliced (about 2 tbsp)
Chicken and Stuffing

1. Brown chicken in heated margarine at medium-high heat in large skillet – about 5 minutes per side
- 6 (about 1 1/2 lb/750 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) margarine or butter
- 2 boxes (120 g each) stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) margarine
- 1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Cream of Mushroom & Garlic Soup
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) fat-free sour cream
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) water
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped pecans

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 1/2 an onion
Tex Mex Chicken and Rice Bake

1. Mix soup, milk, rice and chili powder in shallow 2 qt (2 L) baking dish
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 soup can 1% milk
- 3/4 (175 mL) cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 1/2 tsp (7mL)chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL)
- mixture of red and green pepper strips, chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen corn
- 5 (about 1 lb/500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Tex Mex cheese (or Cheddar and Monterey Jack mixture)
Waffles - Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles

In a large bowl, mix the flour, powdered buttermilk, baking powder, and baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Morning Glory Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 medium tart apple, peeled and grated 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 3 dash of liquid smoke
Slow Cooker Manly Stew

- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 package beef with onion soup mix
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 carrots peeled and cut (big chuncks
- 2 celery cut
- 1 onion cut in big chuncks
- pepper or pepper corns and garlic powder to taste

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
