Bacon Wrapped Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breasts

So simple to make and so tasty
- 2 * 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 100 * 100 g boursin cheese or local garlic & herb spreadable cheese
- 6 * 6 slices smoked streaky bacon or 2-4 slices pancetta
- 1 * 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 10-12 * 10-12 cherry tomatoes, on the vine
- * salt
- * fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 2 * 2 tablespoons creme fraiche (optional)
- * white wine (optional)
- * watercress
Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

1Preheat oven to 350. 2 Prepare chicken for stuffing
- 4 * 4 chicken breasts
- 1 * 1 tablespoon instant minced garlic
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 * 1 (16 ounce) bag spinach (frozen works great)
- 1 * 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 * 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter (melted)

This is one killer lasagna recipe
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 lbs red seedless grapes
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
