Chocolate Chip and Mascarpone Cupcakes

Directions For the Cupcakes: Place an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F
- Cupcakes:
- 5 * 5 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 * 1 cup water
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 2 1/4 * 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 * 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 * 3 large eggs
- 1 * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 * 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 * 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 * 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 * 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (recommended: Nestle morsels)
- Ganache:
- 1 * 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (recommended: Nestle morsels)
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- * Special equipment: 2 (12-count) muffin pans with paper liners

1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 * 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 * 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate, coarsely chopped, Toblerone type
- 2 * 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 * 1 ball 1 ball of pizza dough (see recipe)
