Peel a grapefruit, lemon and a lime
- 2 chunks of grapefruit
- Whole peeled lime
- 1/2 peeled lemon
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 oz. tequila
- 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup Miller High Life Beer
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
PULLED PORK TOSTADOS

- 1 pound cooked pulled pork , * warm or room temperature
- 3 or 4 limes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, or other neutral-flavored oil
- 8 cups shredded cabbage, or 1 10-ounce bag coleslaw mix
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 chipotle chile from a can of chipotle chile in adobe sauce, seeded and finely minced
- 6 8-inch Tostadas, (flat, crisped corn tortillas)

- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

- .Crust:
- 4.5 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1 cup)
