Preheat Oven 350. Spray two pie dishes with Pam
- MAKES 2 PIES...cut in half for one
- 2 premade pie crusts
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, very soft
- 1 C sugar
- 2 C white Karo syrup (16 oz)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 C whole pecans
Hungarian Goulash Casserole

Ground pork and egg noodles in a creamy soup-based sauce
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream, divided
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 tsp minced fresh dill (optional)
Mushroom and Spinach Skillet Strata

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 450°F
- 4 oz. baguette (about a 9-inch piece), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 4 oz. cremini mushrooms, trimmed and coarsely chopped (1-1/2 cups)
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. coarsely chopped fresh thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz. baby spinach (4 lightly packed cups)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 oz. smoked Gouda, coarsely grated (about 3/4 cup)

- 2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 (5 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts

Strawberries with Cheesecake Cream

Heat oven to 350°F. Place cookies in blender
- 10 vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup soft cream cheese (from 8-oz tub)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange-flavored liqueur, if desired
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced (3 cups)
