Bake a white cake. When hot, punch holes in cake with fork
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 small container of Cool Whip
- flaked coconut
Meem's Shortcake

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 c. margarine softened
- 1 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Kentucky Jam Cake

- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. blackberry jam
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. double-acting baking powder
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1 t. allspice
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- Buttermilk Icing (below)
Banana Pudding

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 egg yolks (beaten)

Old-fashioned Oatmeal Cookies

- 2 c. uncooked rolled oats

- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. dark rum
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar

No-Bake Cookies
