Enchiladas/ Ma & Vicky's

Brown and drain hamburger and onion
- Meat Mixture:
- 1 8oz Cheddar Cheese
- 2 lbs Hamburger (browned and drained)
- 1 Lg and 1 Sm Refried Beans
- Minced Onion
- Tortillas:
- 3 Cups Bisquick
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Sauce:
- 1 Can Enchilada Sauce(Old El Paso Mild)
- 1 Can La Preferida Mild (Red Chile) Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Lg 15oz Tomato Sauce
Hamburger Cheese Dip/ Vick's

Brown hamburger and add other ingredients
- 4 Slices Velveeta
- 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1/2 jar Salsa
- Dash of Taco Sauce
Chicken, Potato and Green Bean Dish

Arrange in 9x13 dish (chicken in center, potatoes on left, green beans on right)
- 4-6 raw chicken breasts, red potatoes, frozen green beans
Nacho Dip/ Mary J's

Brown hamburger and drain
- 1 - 11 oz Can Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1/4 lb Hamburger (browned and drained)
- 1 Bag of Doritos
Rice Krispie Bars (Peg Rojohn)

Mix like usual krispie treats
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 pkg Marshmallows (10oz)
- 5 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 pkg. Choc Chips
- 1/2 pkg. Butterscotch Chips
Fudge Frosting (Choc Chip) Sandy (Best)

Follow directions above
- 1 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 6 T. Butter
- 6 T. Milk
- Melt and boil for 1 min.
- Put 1 Cup Choc. Chips in sm bowl. Pour boiled mixture over chips and beat with mixer.
Grand Donuts/Pinterest

Follow above directions!
- You need canned biscuits (anything BUT the flakey layer kind).
- Melted butter in a shallow bowl(4 tbls per 8 biscuits give or take)
- Sugar & Cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Veggie oil to fill your pan up to about 1/2in or so.
- Heat up oil for a few minutes on medium heat.
- While it is heating up, cut holes in the donuts with a cookie cutter or some other circular object
- (stars would be cute too!)
- When one side is golden brown, flip with tongs. When that side is golden remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined pan or plate.
- When the donuts have cooled enough to handle...using your fingers dip one side in the melted butter, let the excess drip off, dip in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Get it nice and coated. Flip over and repeat for the other side.

Follow directions above
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick or 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Bring this mixture to a boil and boil for 3 mins.
- Add 1/2 tsp Baking Soda and stir.
- Pour over 15 Cups of popped corn.
- Put the coated corn in a paper sack or big container that fit in your microwave.
- Cook for 3 more mins. Stir after each min. to prevent burnt spots.
- Spread out to cool.
Garlic Red Potatoes/Jen

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- grated Parmesan cheese
Taco Soup/ Seth

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15.25oz can of whole corn drained
- 1 14oz or a little more- can of chicken broth
- 1 10oz can of enchilada sauce
- 1 10.75oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg taco seasoning or 4 Tbsp of taco seasoning
- 1 12.5 oz can of white chicken breast
- a dash of minced onion
- a few dinner onions chopped
- a dash of garlic powder
- a dash of chili powder
- pepper
