Shredder Chicken Noodle Soup

Bring large pot of water to boil
- 1 1/2 cup wide egg noodles
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cups sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cup diced, cooked chicken meat
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- Salt and pepper to taste

In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, pumpkin and sugar over medium heat until hot (do not boil)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup hot brewed coffee
- Whipped cream
- Dash pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- MAPLE CREAM FILLING
- Yield: 3 cups
