Venison Crok Pot Chili

cook deer and sausage in a pan with olive oil till brown put in garlic and onion and jalopneno peppers and cook
- 2 lb ground or shredded deer.
- 1 lb hot italian sausage deer or what
- ever
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic minced or chopped

- 1 table spoon of olive oil
- 3 jalapeño peppers chopped fine
- 2 table spoons of cayanne pepper
- 2 table spoons of chili powder
- 1 can of green chilis medium hot
- 1 can of delmonte diced tomatoes with
- jalapeños
- 1 can of diced plain tomatoes
- 1 small can of tomatoe sauce
- 1 can of bush 's chili beans and sauce
- 1 can of kidney beans washed
Italian Mac 'N Cheese

- Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb Ziti Rigate, penne rigate or cavatappi
- 1 lb Italian Bulk Sweet Sausage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 12 mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbps flour
- 1 cp chicken stock
- 1 cp heavy cream
- 2.5 cps shredded italian cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 cp parmesan cheese
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Great dish for the meat lover in mind
- Stuffing:
- 2 Chicken Breasts per serving
- 4 strips Applewood thick cut smoked bacon
- 1/2 cup Mild/Spicy Italian Sausage
- Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped) to taste
- Garlic (minced) lots of it!
- Onion (minced)
- Garlic and Chive Soft Cheese Spread
- Olive Oil
- Bread Crumbs
- Half Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Salt/Pepper to taste
