Tomato-Basil Pizza

Place a cast-iron pizza pan in an oven and preheat to 450ºF
- Dough for one 12-inch pizza, made in a bread machine (see related recipe at right)
- Cornmeal for dusting
- Extra-virgin olive oil for brushing
- 6 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced, or 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 lb. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 8 fresh basil leaves, torn into 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-ounce) container low-fat sour cream
- 2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (about 4 ounces uncooked)
