(15.6 oz.) can Chocolate Frosting
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 36 mini muffin cups with mini paper baking cups.
2. Mix brownies according to package directions. Fill baking cups ¾ full.
3. Bake 16–18 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with Chocoate Frosting and sprinkle with candy bits.
