Ingredients
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. olive oil
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. ground red pepper
- 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 T. flat leaf parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Process all ingredients except parsley in food processor until smooth. Add parsley and pulse until blended.
Serve with pita wedges, pita chips, crackers or veggies.
