Yield: 8-10 servings
large yams, peeled and sliced
tsp nutmeg, plus more for later
Peal, slice and boil yams until fork tender (usually 30–45 minutes).
Mash potatoes and combine all other ingredients.
Cook pie dough according to package instructions.
Add mixture and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle extra nutmeg on top of (2) pies.
