Yield: 8 servings
eggs slightly beaten
Tbl. melted margarine
cup chopped pecans
Mix eggs, sugar and syrups until well blended. Stir in butter and vanilla. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–55 minutes. Pie is done when center reaches 200 degrees. Tap center surface of pie lightly; it should spring back when done.
