Spicy Coconut Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients except ground pepper, oil, chops in large ziptop plastic bag. Seal and shake vigorously. Coat chops lightly with olive oil. Coat broiler pan with oil as well. Place chops in bag of coconut mixture, shake until chops are coated. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once. Season with pepper. Serves 4.
