This delicious coleslaw is not mayonnaisey or creamy/milky in any way. A good alternative for lactose intolerant
Yield: 8 servings
Mix chives, cabbage, and parsley; set aside Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and bring to boil. Add celery seed. Toast caraway seed for a few seconds on cast iron skillet or comal on medium high. Drizzle dressing on slaw, add caraways and toss thoroughly. Chill 1 hour.
