Ingredients
- Slaw:
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 5 medium carrots, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp celery seed (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all veggies and toss.
2. Mix mayo, sugar and lemon juice until smooth by beating.
3. Add a desirable amount of dressing to the slaw and toss.
Note:
You can store the dressing in refrigerator for 1 week or so.
