Sauteed Squash

Ingredients
- 4 med summer squash, sliced
- 1 tab butter
- 1 tab olive oil
- 1 med onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and cook just till tender. Add summer squash and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring until squash begins to soften. Cover and continue cooking over low heat until nice and tender, about 20-25 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
