Cheesy Garlic Basil Tilapia

Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tbs dried minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried minced lemon peel
- 1/4 c. white wine
- Salt & pepper to tastes
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 4 tbs fresh Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry basil, garlic, lemon peel and wine and let it soak for 5 minutes. Arrange the fillets in a baking dish. Pour the spice mixture over the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with butter, top with the fresh basil and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When done fish should flake easily with a fork.
