Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar, superfine
  • 1 watermelon flesh, cubed and deseeded
  • 9 ounces blueberries
  • (If you don't have blueberries you can use strawberries or any other berry)

Preparation

Step 1

Put the sugar and water into a small saucepan and boil until syrupy (about 3 minutes). Allow to cool.

Puree the watermelon and mix with the blueberries and cooled syrup.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze. Or you can use dixie cups like I do and craft sticks :).

If you use a berry:

Puree the berries and sieve to get rid of the seeds.
