Moist and a little crunchy, this strawberry bread is crumbly and cake-like in texture…but also berry delicious! :)
Yield: 9 servings
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding the baking soda/powder last – stir ingredients together with a fork until smooth. Pour into a square 9" non-stick pan.
Bake at 350 for about 28 minutes
So simple!
