Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 diced sweet onion
- 1 c. shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 15 oz can creamed corn
- 2 chopped jalapenos
